Strategic Communications has been entrusted by a new operator in the hospitality sector with the creation of a strategy for the launch and consolidation of its services in Malta.
After having highlighted the different phases of the launch, Strategic Communications studied the target audience for the campaign and carried out a SWOT analysis on the services provided by the client. A number of media relevant to the target audience were selected in order to reach market penetration and brand recognition.
Ultimately, the study provided the client with a breakdown of the costs and recommendations aimed at maintaining brand recognition.
