Creating groups is a great idea to stay even more connected with your clients or fans. Companies may create groups for a number of reasons, including providing a better customer care service to existing clients, or simply for creating a community of fans. Facebook is now allowing companies to link the groups they create to their official pages.
This is possible by visiting the Edit Page section in your Settings and adding the corresponding tab. Furthermore, admins of a linked group can now publish either as the page or as their personal profile, thus maximising branding opportunities.
